We are Tony and Stephanie Goodwin, along with our fur baby Rudder. The three of us are pleased to welcome you to Hills Landing & RV Park.

We are originally from Columbia, SC, but lived in South Florida from 2000 to 2020, working as crew in the yachting industry.

After 20 years of traveling around the globe, we felt a strong desire to come back home to SC and grow some roots here once again. We knew we wanted to be close to family and friends, but also wanted to be on the water and put to use our experience in the boating and hospitality industry. Next thing you know, we were signing our name on the dotted line and became the new owners of Hills Landing. We are very excited about the BIG plans and improvements on the horizon! There are endless possibilities and we plan on making this place one of the top RV Parks on the Santee Lakes! We want people to know that all walks of life are welcome here! Whether you are an angler, a boater, a birder, a snowbird, a retiree, an outdoor enthusiast, or part of the travelling workforce, it is our goal to make you to feel at home here. We are all about good times, smiles, and laughter! Now, let’s have some fun together!!
